Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice when they are unable to attend sessions, in order to have the fee for that session forgiven. This enables their appointment time to be assigned to someone else, usually someone from the cancellation notification list below. The fee is also forgiven if 24 hour notice is not possible, as in the case of sudden illness or accidental injury.

Otherwise, if an appointment is canceled or missed without 24 hours notice, the client, client’s parent/guardian or other third party will be billed the full session fee.  In addition, online booking privileges will be suspended and future sessions may be cancelled if a client misses two or more sessions in a row.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Due to the current risk of COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, we encourage all clients who are sick, or experiencing symptoms such as fever, trouble breathing, coughing to stay home and reschedule their appointments. During this time we will be waiving our customary fees for late cancellations and rescheduling.
